The Natural and Cultural Resources Division protects and preserves the natural and cultural resource areas in Anne Arundel County, while providing education and leisure opportunities for County residents and visitors.

Bacon Ridge Parking & Trail Update: Saturday, March 22

On Saturday, March 22, Bacon Ridge Natural Area is hosting an event that may affect parking and trail traffic. Please plan accordingly. 

The Natural and Cultural Resources Division manages 58 cultural and historical resource sites, the Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary and County’s Water Access Program.
