2026 Independence Day Service Schedule
- Friday, July 3: Normal Friday curbside collections will occur. All Waste Management Services Facilities are closed.
- Saturday, July 4: No collection changes. All Waste Management Services facilities are closed.
- All facilities will reopen on Monday, July 6. Curbside collection of recycling, yard waste, and trash will not be affected by the holiday.
Cashier Office Hours Changes
Effective July 6th, the Cashier Office will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly. Thank you!

Pascal Senior Center Temporary Closure
The Pascal Senior Activity Center will be closed from June 29th through July 3rd, 2026 to accommodate kitchen upgrades. Press Release
Summer Curbside Collection Schedule
Starting June 1, 2026 and continuing through August, curbside collection will begin at 5:00 AM (1 hour earlier) to ensure compliance with Maryland’s Heat Stress Standard. Households should place their containers curbside before 5:00 AM during June, July, and August.
