Land Use Navigator (LUN) Update
All Development applications are now submitted via the Land Use Navigator (LUN) as of August 4th, 2025.
Paper submittals will no longer be accepted, nor are appointments available with the Permit Center. All applications will be managed by the OPZ Development Division.

Welcome to the Land Use Navigator, an online digital submission tool. Customers will be able to submit zoning applications; certificate of use applications; and zoning complaints online, including all supporting documentation.
