Aging and Disabilities

The Department of Aging and Disabilities seeks to improve the quality of life for older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans, caregivers, and anyone wishing to plan for the future by providing options and resources that will enable them to live independent and meaningful lives.

Senior Activity Centers Closed

Due to inclement weather and adverse driving conditions resulting from the winter storm, all senior activity centers will be closed on Monday, February 23, 2026.

  • Lunch will not be served at any senior activity center or congregate site. For more information, please contact the Senior Nutrition Program at 410-222-0256.
  • The Senior Center Plus program is canceled.

ADA Information & Complaints

The ADA Office ensures that County Government's disability-related policies, procedures, and practices are implemented in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other disability rights laws.
The ADA Office also provides technical assistance to the public.
