A zoning verification letter is a statement from the Zoning Division verifying the zoning of a property including mapped overlays, whether a particular use is allowed, whether there are any current or previous zoning applications or any open enforcement action for the property.

Submittal Requirements
- Property address
- Property Tax Identification Number (if known)
- Specific requests for verification of a particular use
- Who the letter should be addressed to and any additional individuals to be included on the letter (i.e. lender, attorney, etc.)
- Contact name, phone number and email information
