Request a Facility or Field Use Permit

Department of Recreation and Parks' Facility Scheduling in conjunction with the Board of Education, encourages the use of facilities and fields by community organizations for educational, athletic and recreational activities.

Facility Scheduling

Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks has a joint use agreement with the Anne Arundel Board of Education. All use of Board of Education indoor and outdoor facilities is scheduled by the Department of Recreation and Parks, except:

  • School-Sponsored Events
  • Religious Activities
  • Use By Commercial Groups
  • Indoor Use by Non-Anne Arundel County Groups

Recreation and Parks has a rental program for organizations looking to rent a field in Anne Arundel County. Please fill out the Special Event Form, linked here. You can submit this application to Permits@aacounty.org. Please include a Certificate of Liability Insurance for your organization for no less than $500,000; it must also name your organization as the insured and include the following statement, “Anne Arundel County, Maryland, its Officers, Agents and Employees are additional insured.”

  • Pavilion rentals should be submitted via ActiveNet.
