A tower constructed for or an existing structure that has been adapted for the location of transmission antennae or related equipment to be used in the provision of telecommunications services or personal communications services. This includes but is not limited to Cabinets, Fencing, & unmanned shelters.

Construction plans must be drawn to a recognized architectural scale and show the dimensions, type of materials to be used and depict how the structure will be constructed.

Site Plan
Site Plans must be drawn to an engineered scale and show the location, configuration and dimensions of proposed work. Easements, property lines, rights of way and location of a grinder pump, private well and septic systems must be clearly marked and labeled on the site plan.
