Overview

The ongoing COVID-19 situation has created disruptions with curbside collection, resulting in service delays of up to 48 hours.

Please know that Public Works Staff are aware of all communities experiencing delays and are monitoring them closely to ensure collections do occur. We ask that you leave your material at the curb until contractors are able to complete their routes.

The Department of Public Works apologizes for this inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding. For questions or concerns not related to delayed curbside collection, please contact Customer Service at (410) 222-6100.

If your scheduled collection did not occur, please leave your items at the curb and tell us about it. Our Inspectors will look into the problem as quickly as possible.

To find your collection day, visit General Services Viewer.  Enter a property address and follow the instructions.

If your curbside collection has not occurred within 48 hours of its originally scheduled date, please click to report.

Report by Phone

To report a missed collection or other curbside collection issue by phone, please call (410) 222-6100 between 7:30am and 4:00 p.m. on the day the collection issue occurred and leave your items at the curb.
 
If you're unable to call about the collection issue during business hours on the day of the occurrence, please call the next  business day and keep your items accessible at the curb.
