Waste Management - Weather Update 1/26/26
Due to current road conditions within many County neighborhoods, curbside collection of trash, recycling and yard waste will not occur on Tuesday, January 27th. In the event that road conditions improve, to allow for safe travel by large collection vehicles and their crew, curbside collection will resume on Wednesday, January 28th, under the following schedule:
- Monday Customers Wednesday Collection
- Tuesday Customers Thursday Collection
- Thursday Customers Friday Collection
- Friday Customers Saturday Collection
Waste Management Services Offices, the Millersville Landfill and Resource Recovery Facility, and the Northern, Central, and Southern Recycling Centers will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
If your scheduled collection did not occur, please leave your items at the curb and tell us about it. Our Inspectors will look into the problem as quickly as possible.
