Waste Management - Weather Update 1/28/26

  • Curbside Collection of Trash and Recycling Only, resumed on Wednesday, January 28th, under the following Collection Schedule:
    • Monday Customers   Wednesday, Jan 28th
    • Tuesday Customers   Thursday, Jan 29th
    • Thursday Customers   Friday, Jan 30th
    • Friday Customers   Saturday, Jan 31st
  • Yard Waste will NOT be collected this week
  • In order to successfully provide curbside collection, road conditions must be safe to travel by large collection vehicles and curbside containers must be accessible by the collection crews. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • If roads are unsafe for large collection vehicles to safely make collections they will return next week on your normal curbside collection day.
  • Waste Management Services Offices, the Millersville Landfill and Resource Recovery Facility, and the Northern, Central, and Southern Recycling Center will resume normal opening hours.

If your scheduled collection did not occur, please leave your items at the curb and tell us about it. Our Inspectors will look into the problem as quickly as possible.
