The Nonprofit Center is pleased to offer internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students each year. If you or anyone you know are interested in an intern position, please check the postings at aacounty.org/jobs.

Interns have made significant contributions to the development, implementation, and evaluation of Nonprofit Center programs and services since the NPC was first established in 2023. In fact, we wouldn’t be where we are today without them.

Intern positions are available for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.  For more information, visit the AACo Office of Personnel website. aacounty.org/jobs (and search for internships)

Welcome to Laura Salley, the Nonprofit Center's current summer intern.

Laura is a rising junior at St. John’s College of Annapolis earning a degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts under the St. John’s Great Books Program. During the school year she works as a Resident Advisor and is a captain of the St. John’s rowing team. In her free time, Laura enjoys reading, swimming, running, hiking, and baking sweet treats. She loves to learn and try new things. Laura has a strong background in student leadership and volunteer work and is passionate about making a difference in her local community. Over the course of her internship she looks forward to learning more about the impact of non-profits at the local level while building projects to develop the Nonprofit Center’s volunteer outreach.
