Frances Ortiz (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Political Science from Towson University. She has a strong background in administrative operations, community engagement, and event coordination. Previously, she worked as a Donor Engagement Assistant at the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System, supporting fundraising initiatives, grant preparation, and outreach activities. Her professional experience also includes event and operations roles in government affairs and policy organizations, where she supported large-scale events and executive operations. Her academic and professional experiences reflect a commitment to service, organization, and effective communication across diverse communities. In her role at the Nonprofit Center, Frances hopes to support local organizations, build strong relationships within the community, and help create a welcoming space where nonprofits and residents can connect, collaborate, and grow.
