Jason Popanikolas

Jason Papanikolas is Vice President of Local Board Relations and Governance at Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation, where he advises on governance, policy, and compliance for Maryland's premier workforce development organization. With 13 years of progressive leadership experience, he brings expertise in nonprofit governance, WIOA policy, and equity-centered organizational development. Jason serves on the Prince George's County Board of Ethics and the board of the Anne Arundel and Annapolis Coalition to End Homelessness. He previously served as an elected Council Member and Mayor Pro Tem in Berwyn Heights. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
