Overview

The ongoing COVID-19 situation has created disruptions with curbside collection, resulting in service delays of up to 48 hours.

Please know that Public Works Staff are aware of all communities experiencing delays and are monitoring them closely to ensure collections do occur. We ask that you leave your material at the curb until contractors are able to complete their routes.

The Department of Public Works apologizes for this inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding. For questions or concerns not related to delayed curbside collection, please contact Customer Service at (410) 222-6100.
 

Recycling, yard waste and trash are collected once a week.   If you have an issue with your collection or would like to provide general feedback, please use one of the methods detailed below to report it to the Bureau of Waste Management Services.
