Recreation & Parks - Weather Cancellations
- Parks will CLOSE at 3:00 p.m.
- Recreation centers, aquatic centers, athletic fields and facilities and park visitor centers are CLOSED.
- All events, programs, reservations and permits are CANCELLED for all parks, recreation centers, aquatic centers and athletics.
- Ice Rinks are CLOSED.
- Recreation centers, aquatic centers, child care facilities, athletic fields and sites, and park visitor centers are CLOSED.

- Parks will open at 8:00 a.m.
- Ice Rink openings will be assessed on Monday morning.
Overview
Adaptive programs offer youth of all abilities the opportunity to develop social skills and learn the rules of game play. Siblings and friends (ages 5-13) are welcome to register and participate. Non-competitive fun recreation programs are adapted to the ability of the player. Parents, older siblings, and volunteers are always welcome. No programs during inclement weather. Volunteers over the age of 18 must complete the county coaches’ background form. Programs run 10 weeks, weather permitting. For individual accommodation needs, if you are a new participant, or for additional program content information, please contact Ryan Stewart before registering.
Supervision: 1:3 ratio unless otherwise noted. Nurse is not available during the school year programs for medication administration or medical protocols.
