Firefighters and Paramedics respond to thousands of false alarm calls every year. These unnecessary responses result in an enormous burden in resources and expense; which in turn reduces emergency unit availability to respond to real emergencies.
Who should use this form?
I received a letter, invoice, and/or false alarm notification and have never accessed this webpage before.
I have installed a new alarm system and have never been previously registered with the alarm program.
