Gabby Reed is a strategic communications professional and serves as the Director of Communications for the Office of the County Executive.
Before joining the Pittman Administration, Gabby gained governmental experience as a Legislative Assistant and Communications Specialist under Michigan Senate Majority Leader Winnie Brinks. Her communications work was critical during the 2024 election cycle, where she worked as a Press Specialist to secure press coverage for Michigan House Democratic candidates and collaborated with the Michigan for Harris campaign. Prior to that, she held multiple fast-paced roles in local newsrooms and radio stations.
Gabby holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
