Biography
Brian Marsh has been a Deputy State's Attorney for Anne Arundel County since 2019. He has dedicated his career to helping the victims of crime in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, and all over Maryland. Prior to becoming the Deputy State's Attorney, Mr. Marsh spent nearly 13 years as an Assistant State's Attorney in both Anne Arundel County and Baltimore City where he prosecuted a wide array of crimes from Driving Under the Influence to Murder. Mr. Marsh spent the majority of his prosecutorial career prosecuting individuals who had been accused of rape, sex offenses, and physical and sexual child abuse.
Throughout his career, Mr. Marsh trained Anne Arundel County and Annapolis City police officers on various criminal law issues. Mr. Marsh is a faculty member for the Maryland State’s Attorney’s Association and has been an instructor with the National District Attorney’s Association where he trained prosecutors from all over the country.
