The application and fees may be submitted using the Land Use Navigator system.
The application fee is based on the cost of the septic system and a non-refundable permit application fee of $25.00. Once the septic installation permit is issued, inspections are scheduled with and performed by contacting the Department of Health at 410-222-7193.
