FOR the purpose of amending the Capital Budget for the current fiscal year by transferring an appropriation of funding source in the Odenton MARC TOD Development Phases 1 & 2A and the MD 170 Widening capital projects; amending the Capital Budget for the current fiscal year by making supplementary appropriations of funds to the MD 214 & Loch Haven Road and the Campus Improvements capital projects; amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance for the current fiscal year; and generally relating to appropriation of funds in projects in the Capital Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
