Mayo Beach Park sits at the mouth of the South River and the Chesapeake Bay. Mayo Beach Park is available for reservation only events on designated days.

The park is available to groups on a permit basis for civic and nonprofit organizations, weddings, receptions, cultural exhibits, company picnics and family reunions.

Rental Information

Mayo Beach Park is currently accepting rental request for 2021.
  • Prior approval is required for use of Mayo Beach Park. The Park is not open for individual general public use; open to the public only on scheduled days.
  • The capacity of the Glass Pavilion is 225 for a seated event.
  • Glass enclosed pavilion is not air-conditioned.
  • Commercial promotional activities are prohibited. No “For Profit” tickets sold or payments received onsite.
  • Read the Mayo Beach Articles of Agreement for additional information.
