If you have a complaint of alleged discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation by an Anne Arundel County Government employee, Anne Arundel County Department and/or Anne Arundel County Agency as based on one or more of the following race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, marital status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other protected classification pursuant to County, State of Maryland and/or Federal laws, you may feel free to contact either identified persons below for additional information:

It is encouraged that your concerns are reported as soon as possible, i.e. within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination. The complaint should include the following information: Your name, address, and how to contact you (i.e., telephone number, email address, etc.). The background details surrounding your concerns should outline how, when, where, and why you believe you were discriminated against. Please make sure to provide copies of the relevant documents that you believe support your concerns including information as to the location, time/date(s), names and contact information of any witnesses surrounding the incident of concern.
If your complaint of alleged discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation does not involve Anne Arundel County Government and is against a private sector employer of 15 or more employees, you may contact the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights (MCCR) at 410-767-8600.
