The following Title VI Complaint Form can be used by constituents or consumers who have a complaints of alleged discrimination/harassment pertaining to any Anne Arundel County Government department, agency or county employee in the rendering of county services, activities and programs offered to the community at large.

The K-01 complaint form is the internal incident form used by the County for Title VII related employment discrimination/harassment complaints involving county government employees.

Fair Housing Complaint
It is illegal under Anne Arundel County law to discriminate in housing on the basis of age, ancestry, citizenship, color, creed, disability, familial status, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, occupation, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or source of income.
