Severn Danza's Tennis Courts
Beginning on or around August 4, Severn Danza's Tennis Courts will be closed for enhancements. It is scheduled to reopen on October 7, weather permitting.
Please Note: The bermuda fields are closed from July 1 to August 1 to allow the fields to rest and promote proper growth. All grass fields are closed from December 1 to February 28.

BMX TrackSevern-Danza Park hosts Chesapeake BMX, a premier USA BMX-sanctioned race track offering public riding, local races, and gear rentals for all age groups and skill levels.

About the Park
Restrooms
- Port-a-Pots available during athletic seasons from Spring to Fall.
Park Rules
- The park is open sunrise to sunset
- Pets must be under the control of their owners, on a leash at all times, and their waste must be disposed of properly.
- Vehicles are allowed in designated parking areas only and may not park overnight.
The following are PROHIBITED at the park:
- Alcoholic beverages.
- Off-road vehicles, dirt bikes, and similar types of vehicles.
- Weapons, hunting, fireworks, metal detecting, and littering.
- Interfering with, removing, or disturbing wildlife and natural resources.
- Storage of commercial vehicles/equipment.

Celebrate your next family event, significant birthday, or team gathering at Severn Danza Park Park. Please note that pavilion seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pickleball Nets Access Request Form
For combination access to the pickleball nets submit the following request form.
Combination Lock Instructions
- Note orientation of numbers
- Once combination is entered correctly push in on lock mechanism and then pull down
- Lock should then open.
- Scramble the numbers off of the code in order to engage lock
Court Rules and Regulations
- Park opens from sunrise to sunset
- Please return nets to the lock box after use
- No alcohol
- All trash must be taken with you or placed in trash receptacle
