The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) connected with multicultural communities in Anne Arundel County to connect, inform, and elevate the county’s diverse voices.


Increase access for the County’s multicultural communities to participate in the economic, civic, social and cultural sectors.

Collaborate with the County, City, nonprofit, civic, and business organizations to build coalitions and increase participation in County government.


Innovation

Work collaboratively to find creative solutions to challenges and opportunities.


Civic Engagement 

Collaborate with partners to ensure multicultural communities feel a sense of belonging and actively participate in government.

Promotion of environments that welcome, respect and value everyone regardless of background.
