Submission Guidelines

Requests should be submitted at least 21 days in advance.
Our office will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
A preliminary response or status update will be provided within 7 days.
Transportation arrangements will be reconfirmed 48 hours before service, subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Requestors should provide at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes whenever possible.
