On-Demand Transportation Service
Riders may request trips through the Pingo app or by calling (410) 222-0025. Please be mindful of the following scheduling requirements:
- All trips require at least two hours’ advance notice.
- For pickups between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., requests must be made between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. the previous business day.
- Although the Pingo app may allow requests outside these scheduling windows, trips are subject to availability and scheduling requirements. Requests that cannot be accommodated may be canceled.
Please Note: The Spare Rider App is only available to individuals who are already registered and eligible for Paratransit service. If you are not registered, learn more on our Paratransit page.
