Disposal System Contractor License

A Disposal System Contractors license is required to construct, alter, repair, modify and install private sewerage systems and semi-public sewerage systems beginning at a point not less than five feet from the wall through which the sewage outlet runs from the building to be served by the sewerage system in other than single-family dwellings and beginning at the inlet to the septic system for single-family dwellings. This license requires an exam with a passing grade before a license can be issued.

The application is then reviewed by the appropriate board to determine if the applicant is qualified to take the test. If so, you will be notified and a test date may be scheduled.
