FOR the purpose of amending the Capital Budget for the current fiscal year by transferring an appropriation of funding from the Town Cntr to Reece Rd capital project to the Culvert Invert Paving capital project; amending the Capital Program and Capital Projects Bond Ordinance for the current fiscal year; making this Ordinance an emergency measure; and generally relating to appropriation of funds in projects in the 9 Capital Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
