Severn Senior Activity Center Delayed Opening
Due to inclement weather, the Severn Senior Activity Center, located at 1160A Reece Road, Severn, will open at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
All classes and activities scheduled before 10:00 a.m. will not occur. Classes scheduled for 10:00 a.m. or later will be held as scheduled.
Upcoming Activities
Registration is required to attend classes offered at the senior activity centers. Anyone interested in attending a class can register by calling their local senior activity center.
Registration Begins Wednesday, November 12th. Classes Begin Monday, January 5th.

The Anne Arundel County Real Estate Division makes a variety of rooms available to the public for non-commercial use - meetings, activities, community events. Click here to see other available community room spaces.
If your organization would like to reserve The Gathering Place Community Room at the Severn Senior Activity Center, please check with the center director for room availability, next download-complete-save the license agreement and the application, then submit them as described in the instructions.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
Please note, event reservation dates are in 6 month intervals only.
