Colonial Cocktails: Bitters and Booze

From punches to bounces, syllabubs to juleps, colonists made a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. At Colonial Cocktails, you’ll make and enjoy two historical drinks and learn about colonial tavern culture. For our fall lineup we'll do a deep dive into 18th century bitters, some seasonal spookiness with apple drinks, and finish off with some boozy 18th century stories paired with cold weather drinks.
