Project Description
The Department of Parks and Recreation identified a need for water access along Valentine Creek and worked with the Department of Public Works to complete a feasibility study in 2022. After the development of several concepts, the County is proceeding with the full design and permitting of the design Concept D from the study.
The project includes an extension of Valentine Creek Road, new parking area and driveway, new trail, fishing pier, kayak/canoe soft launch, and landscaping.
