Public Meeting - Brooklyn Heights Park Community Center
A public meeting has been scheduled on November 7th, 2024 to discuss plans to build a new community center at 111 E 11th Street in Brooklyn Heights Park, which is currently being renovated. Brooklyn Heights Park Temporary Closure
Starting March 11, 2024, Brooklyn Height Park will be closed to the public through the Spring of 2025 for park improvement projects.

Project Description
This project designs and constructs major improvements to the existing 21-acre community park and prepares the site for the planned Brooklyn Park Teen Center. The renovated park adds several new features including an adaptive field for use by physically challenged individuals, a dog park, community garden, gazebo, meditation area, new basketball court, and a lighted, multipurpose sports field.
