Project Description
The Project will provide improvements to the existing Beachwood Park including a new cartop launch, expanded parking, trails, new entrance gate, portable toilets, stormwater management and landscaping. Recreation and Parks eliminated design concepts which included a boat ramp following the Feasibility Study and public input.

Design started April 2025. Please refer to the Department of Public Works website for schedule information.
The Department of Public Works and the Department of Recreation and Parks held a Public Meeting on February 3, 2026 to review the project. A copy of the presentation may be found here. Comments may be submitted to the Office of Planning & Zoning by following this link.
