Edgewater Community Center Public Meeting

A public Information session has been scheduled from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM on January 14, 2026 at the Edgewater Elementary School to discuss plans for renovation of the old Giant property into the Edgewater Community Center. During the meeting the Resilience Authority and the Department of Recreation & Parks will update residents on planning improvements,
including an indoor playground, a gymnasium, pickleball/badminton courts, yoga and dance rooms, a gaming room, party rooms, a raised walking track, and a multipurpose community meeting space, as well as ADA improvements to the existing facilities.
