Description:
Step into the spotlight at our one-week Jazz & Lyrical Summer Dance Camp! This fun-filled camp blends high-energy jazz, expressive lyrical movement, and Broadway-style choreography. Dancers will build technique, musicality, confidence, and performance skills in a supportive and creative environment. In addition to dancing, dancers will bring their dances to life by creating their own stage backdrop and costume accessories as well as participate in other camp activities. This hands-on creativity allows dancers to express their individual style and feel proud of every part of their performance — from movement to stage design. Students should wear a leotard and tights or jazz pants. Jazz shoes and/or ballet shoes are recommended. Participants must provide their own snack, lunch and water.
