The Mayo Tank Replacement Project is an Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works initiative to upgrade aging septic tanks and related electrical components throughout the Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict.
Replacement Schedule by Community
Tank replacements are expected to begin in mid-2026 and will occur in phases over approximately 12 years.
