Pre-installation Survey
Over the next nine months, uniformed technicians from our partner contractor, Concord Utilities, will be conducting a pre-installation utility system survey of the County’s existing water meters.
- The survey will facilitate the strategic deployment of the County's phased AMI implementation.
- All Concord technicians will display proper identification and operate official company vehicles bearing the County logo.
- Their duties will involve inspecting water meter assets and vaults.
Resident presence is not required during these inspections.
