Join BWPR for our third Watershed Walk of 2025 on Saturday, June 7th (rain date Saturday, June 14th) - this time in the Magothy River watershed! This tour will showcase the Forked Creek Outfall Retrofit in Broadneck. Celebrate Chesapeake Bay Awareness Week by exploring your local waterways and learning about how local dollars are reinvested into sustainable solutions for the Bay! The maximum group size is 20 people, so reserve your spot now! If you miss this tour, then have no fear - follow @aawatershedbureau on Facebook and Instagram, along with the County Events calendar, and stay tuned for more "Watershed Walks" coming soon.
- All participants must complete BWPR’s Liability Waiver & Photo Release Google Form
- The event will include walking along uneven (and potentially muddy) terrain, so be prepared with water-resistant, closed-toed shoes!
- Visit the County’s Capital Project Listing (Project List > Watershed Protection & Restoration > search "B571104" or "Forked Creek")
