Weapons Violation - Glen Burnie

On September 25, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., officers responded for a report of a suspicious occupied vehicle parked in the 500 block of Kuethe Road in Glen Burnie. Upon approaching the vehicle, one of the officers observed a handgun in plain view inside the vehicle. The loaded 9mm handgun was seized, and the occupant, who was found to be prohibited from possessing firearms, was arrested and charged.

First-Degree Assault / Weapons Violation - Glen Burnie

On September 26, 2023, at approximately 3:20 a.m., officers responded for a report of a disorderly subject with a weapon in the 600 block of Fortune Court in Glen Burnie. Responding officers learned that two adult males were engaged in an argument when one (Wallace) retrieved a baseball bat and swung it at the other. The other male (Johnson) went into his house, retrieved a rifle, and began walking toward the other individual, but never pointed the weapon at him. The male with the rifle was found to be prohibited from possessing firearms and had two open arrest warrants. The rifle was seized, and both males were arrested and charged.
