Assault-Pasadena

On September 22, 2023, at approximately 6:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of an assault at the intersection of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Mountain Road in Pasadena. The victim advised as he was approaching Mountain Road from Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard he encountered the suspect operating an ATV in the roadway. As the victim was driving down Mountain Road, he got into the left turn lane, which is when the suspect thought the victim had cut him off. The suspect pulled alongside the right of the victim’s vehicle and pointed a small black handgun at the victim. Officers observed a subject with a green hoodie and dreadlocks operating an ATV, also matching the description given by the victim, on Freetown Road, turning westbound onto Mountain Road. Officers attempted to stop the suspect, but he refused to stop and continued driving. Officers lost sight of the suspect in the area of Freetown Road. Northern District

Vehicle Accident/Stolen Vehicles
23-735082

On September 24, 2023, at approximately 11:35 a.m., officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run accident in the area of Ritchie Highway and East Ordnance Road in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival, the victim advised he was rear-ended and a white SUV fled the scene. Officers later located a white Kia Shortage (MD ONYVA) parked in front of the Dicks Sporting Goods store with the vehicle’s rear passenger window broken out. Additional investigation led officers to identify a group of juvenile suspects as being responsible for the hit and run. Additionally, officers learned the same suspects stole multiple items from the Dick’s Sporting Goods store. The group of juveniles were later observed in the area and detained near the entrance of Chuck E Cheese. Officers observed the juvenile suspects with items taken from the Dicks Sports Store. It was also learned the suspects were responsible for another stolen vehicle in the 6600 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. All the juveniles were transported to Central Booking for booking and processing.

Northern District

Carjacking 
23-735059

On September 24, 2023, at approximately 6:45 a.m., officers responded for a report of a carjacking in the 7100 block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie. The victim advised officers that he pulled into a parking space next to a white Acura in the parking lot of Wawa. After the victim parked his vehicle, one of the occupants from the Acura knocked on the victim's window and asked for the time. Moments later, the suspect knocked back on the victim's window, displayed a semi-automatic handgun, and demanded the victim exit his vehicle and hand over property. Once the victim exited his vehicle, five to six additional suspects exited the Acura, got into the victim’s vehicle and fled the area. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Shots Fired-Glen Burnie

On September 24, 2023, around 11:59 p.m., officers responded for a report of shots fired in the 1000 Dumbarton Road in Glen Burnie. The victim advised that while inside her residence, she heard three to five gunshots outside her window and observed several bullet holes inside her home. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Commercial Robbery (Strong-Arm)

On September 25, 2023, at approximately 3:29 a.m., officers responded to a report of a commercial robbery in the 5600 black of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn. The store clerk told officers that a male suspect entered the store, came behind the counter, and assaulted him. After the clerk was assaulted, the suspect stole several packs of cigarettes and fled the area on foot. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident. Eastern District

Armed Robbery (Commercial) - Millersville

On September 22, 2023, at approximately 1:00 a.m., officers responded for a robbery at the 7-Eleven located in the 400 block of Old Mill Road in Millersville. The victim advised that a female suspect entered the store, purchased a pack of cigarettes, and then went to the rear of the store, where she made a phone call. Moments later, two male suspects entered the store and one of them pointed what the victim believed was a gun covered by a shirt. The other suspect demanded cigarettes from the clerk. The clerk refused and one of the suspects jumped over the counter and began loading a bag with cigarettes. All three suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects. Eastern District

Weapons Violation- Glen Burnie

On September 22, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m., officers responded for a report of an armed subject in the area of Elvaton Road and Hospital Drive in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival, the victim reported observing a male suspect holding a possible weapon while yelling. Officers located an individual matching the description walking across Elvaton Road towards Tall Pines Court. As officers made contact with the individual, a loaded black handgun fell out of his pant leg and onto the ground. Officers arrested the suspect and transported him to Central Booking, where he was charged accordingly.

Eastern District

Non-Contact Shooting- Pasadena
23-735118

On September 24, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m., officers responded for a non-contact shooting in the area of Pendragon Way and Brickwall Lane in Pasadena. Responding officers learned that a 19-year-old male and an unidentified suspect were involved in a gun battle with another unknown suspect. Officers searched the area and only located the 19-year-old male suspect. The 19-year-old was taken into custody and charged accordingly. Western District

Carjacking- Severn
23-735032

On September 23, 2023, at approximately 9:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a carjacking located in the 8200 block of Durness Court in Severn. Upon arrival, the victim advised he was making a delivery when his vehicle was stolen by three male juveniles wearing ski masks. During the incident, one suspect implied he had a weapon. A short time later, officers learned of a hit-and-run crash involving a vehicle matching the victim’s vehicle. Officers responded to the area of Stillmeadows Drive and Jacobs Road, where they located the victim’s vehicle abandoned after crashing into a fence. Stolen Auto-Severn

On September 23, 2023, at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers responded for a report of a stolen auto in the 8200 block of Marlton Court in Severn. Upon arrival, the victim advised he was completing a delivery when he left his 2011 Toyota Corolla running and unattended. While the victim was returning to his vehicle, two male juvenile suspects approached him, displayed a small pocket knife and threatened the victim not to get back into his vehicle. The suspects entered the victims and pulled down the street, where additional juvenile suspects entered the vehicle and then left the area. Officers searched the area and found the victim’s vehicle abandoned nearby. Citizen Robbery-Severn
23-735162

On September 25, 2023, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded for a report of a robbery of a citizen in the 8200 block of Marlton Court in Severn. The victim advised he went to a residence to meet with a date, and several male juveniles approached him and then assaulted him. The victim advised one of the juveniles displayed a handgun while the other juveniles stole the victim's property. The suspects also took the victim's vehicle and later abandoned the vehicle in the area. Officers searched the area and located the suspects. Officers located a BB gun that was determined to be used in the incident. The juveniles were taken into custody and charged accordingly.
