Commercial Armed Robbery - Brooklyn Park

On September 17, 2025, at 2:35 p.m., Northern District officers responded to Dorsch’s Auto Parts located in the 4400 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park for a report of an armed robbery of the business.
Preliminary investigation indicates a male suspect entered the business, fired a round into the ceiling, and demanded a scooter. The employees complied with the demands and pushed a scooter outside. The suspect fled northbound on Ritchie Highway on the stolen scooter.
