Shooting (Non-Contact) - Laurel

On October 18, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., officers responded for a report of gunshots near the intersection of Woodland Hills Way and Whiskey Bottom Road in Laurel. A witness reported seeing two black males wearing dark clothing in an older model tan Chevrolet sedan parked along the woodline when the shots were fired. After the gunshots were fired, the vehicle fled the area toward Russett Green West. Responding officers located several spent shell casings along the woodline. No property damage or injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
