Armed Robbery- Glen Burnie

On October 12, 2023, at approximately 2:00 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Brighton Place in Glen Burnie for a robbery that occurred at North Glen Park located at 1391 Gordon Court in Glen Burnie. The victim advised that as he walked his dog on the trail at the park near the basketball court, a white male suspect wearing grey sweatshorts and a white shirt jumped out from behind a tree onto the path, pointed a handgun at him, and demanded the victim give him a ride. The victim complied with the suspect’s demands and drove the suspect to Flagger Force and Cromwell Field Shopping Center in Glen Dale. Before the suspect exited the victim’s vehicle, the suspect demanded cash, took personal items from the victim, and fled the area. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. Assault- Severn

On October 12, 2023, at approximately 9:40 p.m., officers responded for a report of an assault that occurred in the 1800 block of Blue Jay Court in Severn. Upon arrival, officers learned a physical altercation occurred between two juvenile females. Through investigation, officers discovered one of the juvenile females used a knife during the fight, which caused the victim several minor lacerations. The victim went to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Officers secured the scene and located the knife used in the assault. The juvenile female was taken into custody and charged accordingly.

Wanted Subject/Weapons Offense- Severn

On October 12, 2023, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers observed a suspect with an open warrant operating a silver Honda Accord in the area of Gesna Drive and Fairbanks Drive in Severn. The officer also observed the suspect conduct several traffic violations before initiating a traffic stop. Once officers stopped the vehicle, the suspect was taken into custody. Officers located a loaded Colt Commander .45 caliber handgun, an extra magazine, and seven small orange containers containing suspected cocaine. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
