Strong-Arm Robbery (Citizen) - Brooklyn Park

Detectives assigned to the Northern District Detective Unit are investigating a strong-arm robbery that occurred on May 6th in the 5700 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park. At approximately 8:45 a.m., a 13-year-old male was walking with two friends near 5522 Ritchie Highway when four or five unknown teenage suspects got out of a silver vehicle, grabbed the victim, and stole his backpack. The suspects fled in the silver vehicle. Officers searched the area but did not locate the vehicle or suspects. Northern District detectives are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to contact them at 410-222-6135. Southern District
Robbery (Citizen) - Annapolis

Detectives assigned to the Southern District Detective Unit are investigating a citizen robbery that occurred on May 6th in the 300 block of Broad Creek Drive in Annapolis. At approximately noon, two adult males and one adult female had parked and exited their car at a residence when they were approached by two male suspects who arrived in a blue vehicle. One of the suspects was armed with a rifle. The suspects told the victims to drop their property and pushed one of the male victims, causing the victim to drop his bag. The suspect retrieved the bag containing personal items, and both suspects got into a blue sedan operated by a third suspect and fled. One of the victims sustained a minor injury from being pushed to the ground. Southern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-1960.
