Tactical Patrol Unit
 
On May 28, 2019 at approximately 9:30 pm Northern District Tactical Patrol Unit Detectives initiated a traffic stop near 5501 Ritchie Highway for a moving violation and a safety equipment violation. The lone occupant/operator consented to a search of the vehicle.
 
Located in the vehicle was the following:
 
-10 oxycodone, 5 mg ($5/pill)
- 55.6 grams (approximate) of marijuana
-.22 caliber Chiappa rifle with a magazine inserted, magazine held 26 rounds of ammunition
- $2,421 in US Currency
 
Charged: Arthur, Andre Lamar, 2/19/89, 200 block of Edgevale Rd W, Baltimore
Charges: Possession of marijuana, possession/PWID oxycodone, firearm/drug trafficking, CDS distribution with firearm, firearm use in felony

Attempted Commercial Robbery (Armed)-Glen Burnie
 
On May 29, 2019 at approximately 2:55 am officers responded for a report of an armed robbery at the 7-Eleven located at 705 Greenway Road in Glen Burnie. An employee advised that three subjects came into the store and displayed a silver handgun announcing a robbery. The employee did not comply with demands and all three suspects fled. There were no items taken and there were no injuries. The Anne Arundel County Police Department's Commercial and Bank Robbery Unit is investigating and believes this attempted robbery to be linked to the below robbery in Eastern District. Commercial Robbery (Armed)-Pasadena
 
On May 29, 2019 at approximately 12:17 am officers responded to a robbery at the Exxon located at 2459 Mountain Road in Pasadena. The clerk advised three unknown subjects entered the business, and announced a robbery, one subject displayed a silver colored handgun. The suspects fled the scene with property and US Currency. There were no injuries reported in this incident. The Anne Arundel County Police Department's Commercial and Bank Robbery Unit is investigating and believes this robbery to be linked to the above robbery in Northern District.
