Theft/Weapons Violation Arrest - Glen Burnie

On May 25, 2026, at approximately 3:45 p.m., officers responded for a shoplifting at the Target located at 7951 Nolpark Court in Glen Burnie. Upon arrival, officers observed two male suspects fleeing on foot. Both were apprehended after a short foot pursuit. During the foot pursuit, one of the suspects discarded a loaded 9mm Glock 26 handgun, which was recovered.

Carjacking - Severn

On May 23, 2026, at approximately 3:10 a.m., officers responded to the area of Beach Plum Lane and New Disney Road in Severn for a carjacking. Responding officers met with a 22-year-old female who reported a male suspect banged on her window, displayed a handgun, and demanded her vehicle, a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. The victim complied, and the suspect fled in the Hyundai. Officers searched the area but did not immediately locate the vehicle or suspect. Patrol officers later located the vehicle, unoccupied, in the Meade Village community in Severn. Detectives assigned to the Regional Crimes Unit are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-4730.
Suspect: Black male, late teens/early 20s wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray pants.
