On June 6, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., an officer was conducting a periodic check in the Heritage Hills Community on Juneberry Way in Glen Burnie. The officer observed a white 2016 Hyundai sedan parked halfway out of a parking spot. When the officer went to investigate, the four occupants exited the vehicle and entered a residence. As the officer continued his investigation, he learned that the vehicle in question was reported stolen on June 1, 2023. As the investigation continued, officers located a red 2016 Hyundai sedan parked a few parking spaces away from the first vehicle they encountered, which was also reported stolen. All four suspects were located, arrested, and charged accordingly.

On June 6, 2023, at approximately 4:20 p.m., officers responded for a report of shots being heard in the area of the 6400 block of Bricktown Circle in Glen Burnie. Officers discovered three vehicles and one residence had been struck by projectiles and located three spent shell casings in a yard in the 6500 block of Bricktown Circle. A witness reported three suspects were walking behind the residences in the 6500 block of Bricktown Circle at the time the gunshots were fired, and then fled in the opposite direction. There were no reports of any physical injuries as a result of the shooting.  Northern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact 410-222-6155 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.

On June 7, 2023, at approximately 5:00 a.m., officers responded for a report of shots being heard in the area of Old Riverside Road and West Meadow Road in Baltimore. A citizen reported seeing 2 subjects on foot and two subjects on bicycles headed in toward the Baltimore City limit after hearing the gunshots. Officers located five spent shell casings near the intersection of Old Riverside and West Meadow. There were no reports of physical injury or property damage as a result of the shooting. On June 5, 2023, members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Vice Unit conducted an investigation into RL Therapy located at 3513 Laurel Fort Meade Road, Laurel. On two occasions, detectives entered the business in an undercover capacity. Detectives received a massage and solicitations for sex acts in exchange for money from two employees of the business. The two employees were not licensed in Maryland to perform massage therapy.
