On June 4, 2023, at approximately 1:50 a.m., officers responded for a report of an erratic driver striking several pedestrians and an occupied parked vehicle at the 7-Eleven located at 1075 Dorsey Road in Hanover. During their investigation, officers learned that an adult male victim was assaulted by the suspect in the parking lot of the Cancun Cantina located at 7501 Old Telegraph Road. With the assistance of bystanders, the victim was able to get away from the suspect, and the group moved to the front of the 7-Eleven. According to witnesses and victims, the suspect got into a red Jeep Cherokee and began driving erratically and shouting at the group. The suspect struck an occupied parked vehicle on Old Telegraph Road and then accelerated into the 7-Eleven parking lot and struck three pedestrians. The suspect circled around the 7-Eleven parking lot and back onto Old Telegraph Road, where he again struck the same occupied parked vehicle that he had initially struck before fleeing. The suspect and his vehicle were located a short time later on Queenstown Road near Ayshire Court, where he was arrested and charged accordingly. The occupants of the parked vehicle did not report any injuries. The pedestrians that were struck were taken to area hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Robbery (Citizen) - Glen Burnie

On June 4, 2023, at approximately 2:45 p.m., officers responded to an address in the 8000 block of Stone Haven Drive in Pasadena for a report of a robbery of a citizen that occurred earlier. The juvenile victim told officers that on June 3, 2023, at approximately 6:00 p.m., he was riding his bike in the area of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Southbridge Drive in Glen Burnie when he was approached by the suspect. The suspect was wearing a black face mask and all-black clothing and pushed the victim off of his bike. The suspect took the victim’s bike and rode off. Robbery (Citizen) - Glen Burnie

On June 4, 2023, at approximately 9:00 p.m., officers responded for a report of a robbery that occurred earlier in the 500 block of Crain Highway in Glen Burnie. The victim informed officers that the robbery occurred at approximately 6:00 a.m. The victim, who is homeless, stated that he was robbed at knifepoint and gunpoint by two suspects who were also homeless. The suspects took the victim's property and fled on foot. Attempted Armed Robbery (Citizen) - Brooklyn

On June 5, 2023, at approximately 4:45 a.m., officers responded for a report of a subject armed with a gun in the 200 block of Hilltop Road in Brooklyn. Officers met with the victim, who described walking out to his vehicle and observed an unknown male suspect standing next to it. The suspect raised what appeared to be a semi-automatic style bb gun/airsoft rifle in the direction of the victim. The victim retreated into his residence and notified police. Theft - Millersville

On June 1, 2023, at approximately 12:15 p.m., an officer responded for a report of a theft at the Anne Arundel County Animal Care & Control facility in Millersville. A female suspect entered the facility and submitted paperwork to surrender an animal. After completing the surrender, the woman removed a donation box from a counter containing approximately $150.00 cash and left the building. The money collected is used to help care for the animals at the facility. Eastern District detectives have identified the suspect and have applied for criminal charges.

Robbery (Commercial) - Glen Burnie

On June 3, 2023, at approximately 11:00 p.m., officers responded for a report of a robbery that just occurred at the 7-Eleven, 7701 Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie. The victim stated that the suspect, a white male wearing a gold mask and gloves, was dropped off in the parking lot and entered the store. The suspect produced a black handgun and announced a robbery. Several citizens ran out of the business as the suspect demanded money from the victim. The suspect took money and ran back to the waiting vehicle in the parking lot, which fled west on Quarterfield Road towards Route 97. The vehicle was described as an older model gold or gray Toyota four-door driven by an unknown accomplice. Suspect: White male, 35-40 years of age, last seen wearing a dark-colored zip-up hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, gray shoes, black gloves, armed with a black handgun.

Attempted Robbery (Commercial) - Annapolis

On June 2, 2023, at approximately 1:45 p.m., officers responded for an attempted armed robbery at the Navy Federal Credit Union located at 825 Bestgate Road in Annapolis. An unknown suspect walked into the bank and presented a note to the teller demanding money and implying he had a gun. The teller walked away from the counter, and the suspect left the bank on foot.
