First Degree Assault - Hanover

On July 29, 2026, at approximately 8:35 p.m., officers responded to the 7600 block of Dorchester Boulevard in Hanover for an assault. When officers arrived, they located a 48-year-old male with a stab wound to his torso. The investigation revealed two males were engaged in a parking dispute which escalated when one of the males stabbed the other. The victim was transported to an area hospital with a non-life threatening injury. The suspect was arrested at the scene and charged.
