Fatal Crash - Crofton

On December 31, 2025, at approximately 7:40 p.m., officers from the Western District responded to the area of Crain Highway N at Defense Highway in Crofton for a single-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, a 2020 Dodge Pickup was discovered to have left the roadway, striking a pole in the center lane before coming to a rest. The Fire Department responded and pronounced the driver (sole occupant) deceased. The Traffic Safety Crash Team was notified and responded to conduct their investigation.
