Robbery (Citizen) -Linthicum

On January 17, 2024 at approximately 5:50 p.m., officers responded to the Exxon located at 402 Camp Meade Road S in Linthicum for a fight. Through investigation, it was determined that the victim was approached by the suspect and an unknown male. The unknown male displayed a knife and demanded the victim’s property. The unknown male fled the scene by train toward Baltimore City. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, who resisted arrest, and was taken into custody with the assistance of another officer. Northern District detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to call 410-222-6135. Robbery (Commercial) - Brooklyn

On January 17, 2024 at approximately 6:00 p.m., officers responded for a robbery at the Charlie Ward’s located at 5607 4th Street in Brooklyn. The suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun to the clerk and took US currency from the register. The suspect fled the store on foot. Officers canvassed the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating and asks anyone with information to call 410-222-4720. Weapons Offense - Glen Burnie

On January 17, 2024 at approximately 1:35 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop of a silver Acura TL occupied by three males on Dover Road near Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie for a registration violation. During the traffic stop, a handgun was recovered from the driver. Additionally, one of the passengers attempted to start the vehicle and subsequently fled on foot. He was apprehended and a weapon was recovered nearby. A handgun was also recovered from the third passenger. All suspects were arrested and charged accordingly.
